Provident Federal Credit Union makes changing and updating your address easy and convenient.

Download the change of address form. Please print the form, complete it, and either mail or fax it to the address shown or deliver it to one of our branch offices. Protecting your identity is one of our priorities. As such, we handle each change of address request in a secure manner.

  • A copy of your license or state-issued ID MUST be included or a utility bill with the new address.
  • Please make sure to sign the form where indicated. We cannot change the address on an account over which you do not have signature authority (either primary or joint). If other members of your household are moving and you do not have signature authority, please have them complete a separate form.

New Online Banking Security Feature Coming Soon

All current users will be required to select new challenge questions/answers beginning on 5/14/26, and set up phone numbers that will be able to receive one-time passcodes (OTP) for each login going forward. Please make sure that the phone numbers currently listed for your online account are correct. If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact Provident FCU at 302-734-1133.

How does the new security feature work?
When logging into online banking on your computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer. This feature takes place of answering security questions when logging into online banking. This feature is also available in the mobile app.
