Skip-A-Pay
If your budget could use a break, use this service to skip a monthly payment on your Provident loan!
The interest will continue to accrue, but there will be no late charges or penalties. A $25.00 fee will be assessed on each skip-a-payment that is requested. The fee will be collected at the time of the request.
This special offer does not apply to real estate loans, delinquent loans (beyond 10 day grace period), or Visa Credit Cards. It cannot be used for the first payment of the loan. Only two requests per member, per loan, per calendar year. Requests cannot be made consecutively. Member must be in good standing with Provident Federal Credit Union and all loan payments must be current to qualify.
New Online Banking Security Feature Coming Soon
All current users will be required to select new challenge questions/answers beginning on 5/14/26, and set up phone numbers that will be able to receive one-time passcodes (OTP) for each login going forward. How does the new security feature work?
When logging into online banking on your computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer. This feature takes place of answering security questions when logging into online banking. This feature is also available in the mobile app.
