Direct Deposit is a free service offered by your Credit Union.
Direct deposit is one of the safest and easiest means of depositing your check. No longer do you have to wait in line to deposit your check. Your check is automatically deposited to the specified account on your payday.

New Online Banking Security Feature Coming Soon
All current users will be required to select new challenge questions/answers beginning on 5/14/26, and set up phone numbers that will be able to receive one-time passcodes (OTP) for each login going forward. Please make sure that the phone numbers currently listed for your online account are correct. If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact Provident FCU at 302-734-1133.
How does the new security feature work?
When logging into online banking on your computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer. This feature takes place of answering security questions when logging into online banking. This feature is also available in the mobile app.
