New Online Banking Security Feature Coming Soon
All current users will be required to select new challenge questions/answers beginning on 5/14/26, and set up phone numbers that will be able to receive one-time passcodes (OTP) for each login going forward. How does the new security feature work?
When logging into online banking on your computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer. This feature takes place of answering security questions when logging into online banking. This feature is also available in the mobile app.
